At the moment you are located on the beginning of the bridge, which is intended to only for pedestrians and cyclists. The bridge connects the right riverbank with the old town. After crossing the bridge you will step on the Drava street, which denote the beginning of nice preserved old town. On the Drava street, which is attached to the bridge and runs along the river from the Dominican monastery to the Drava tower once lived tanners and butchers. You can also see a lot of interesting buildings on that street - already mentioned Dominican monastery, Drava tower, Dušan Kveder - national hero's bust and old city hospital. Walking down the street also "offers" you a great view on nice wonderful region.

Right next to the river Drava - left from the bridge you can see a famous restaurant Ribič with its garden and a quay for small boat, which in summertime circle on the river. On the right site of the bridge - after few footsteps you will see Drava's Tower in which surrounding also Kveder's bust is located.
