Your content
When you provide content through our app or website (either text, images, files, recordings or any other media) it is immediatelly publicly available at our website or apps and other users may see or download it if they know the link. You can delete your content by using available delete functionality.
Within certain time search engines may index your undeleted and available content and make it available in their search results.
Even if you delete your content, other users of our system may be able to reuse it if they already made a copy before you deleted it. Your content may be as well downloaded to other computers and servers beyond our management.
We value and respect your privacy and authorship but cannot prevent other users from download or reuse it.
If you provide us with links within our system or website where your content is available and want it removed we will make sure to do this within 30 days of your submission. You can submit your content removal requests to learn@ar-tour.com.
Your personal data
If you do not log in to create content and only use the app or website to read content, you are not personally identified by us or any external service at any moment.
You are only obliged to provide your email address if you use our platform to create your content. This is required to guarantee your and other authors content protection.
We will save your email address along with other personal data you can provide (but are not obliged to) until the content you have created is saved in our database.
You can delete your content and personal data in our website at any time by signing in and opening your user profile. Click on the button to edit your profile and on the button to delete your profile. If you experience difficulties you can as well just send an email at the privacy and we will do this for you.
Log data
Like many other Web sites, ar-tour.com and ARtour apps makes use of log data. This functionality merely logs visitors to the site. The information inside the log data includes date/time stamp, referring/exit pages and source tag (id of advertisment of link) if available. This information is used to analyze trends, administer the site and track the goals reached. IP addresses, and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. If logged, IP address is saved just to analyze the faults in the website (error pages) or specific malicious attacks.
Cookies and Web Beacons
ar-tour.com uses cookies only to store information about app usage when the user is logged into the website. No other cookies are used. If you experience cookies at our website, it may be just because you visited it before May 25th 2018. We are not sending the data to any other party (not using Google Analytics, social media plugins,...).
Our Advertising Partners
We do not have advertising partners. However links within user created content may appear and lead you to other websites which are not in our control.
