Terrible experience - ordered a mixed starter for £7 to be delivered among my girlfriends food and it came late, the mixed starter had 5 small pieces of food that did not even fill half the small plastic container it came in. I have been to the restaurant before and the mixed starter had good portion size and quality but this is terrible. I rang to complain and they were not interested and said its their standard £7 portion. I wouldn't even pay £3.50 for what I received. Avoid this restaurant and take away service - terrible food, over prices and awful customer service

I've been there many times, because of the stunning view to the river. I really love the romantic atmosphere in this restaurant. Good music and friendly staff. I just want to give them an advice to improve some of their dishes. I'd come back soon :)

Not impressed with this place! Food was bland and totally overpriced for what you get. The views were amazing though.. We may come back for a drink but not for dinner!

Eat here last night and found the food bland and the prices exorbitant. You pay for fancy decor and atmosphere but the food was a big disappointment. Starters were tiny, bland (ribs and fish cakes). Pretty vegetable sculpture did not counterbalance the bland food. Pad thai was very bland indeed. Beef in black bean tasted like it came out of a jar, ditto vegetables in oyster sauce. All for £56 with one beer.

We were there on a Saturday night when the place was near full. There's a nice view over the river and a generally welcoming atmosphere, but a bit of a cramped feeling due to the density of the tables. Some of the smaller tables under the lifted gallery look a bit oppressed. The food is generally good, I would say it's the best feature of the place: on a sunny midday where the place is less packed the whole experience is probably really nice. The ground floor bar looks relatively lively, but I had a slight feeling it was trying to be something it wasn't. At about 81 pounds for 2 cocktails (one non alcoholic), one mixed starter, three mains, coconut rice, espresso and a sweet, it's a bit less cheap than I would expect a chain of this kind to be.
