guided tour of the Carmes cemetery, labeled Remarkable Cemetery of Europe, and the baroque-style Carmes chapel, the only example of 18th century religious architecture in Clermont-Ferrand. The Carmes cemetery, a true open-air museum, condenses two centuries of artistic expressions and tells pages of Clermont's history. This 9th edition of the event will highlight the female personalities who rest in the cemetery, including Cécile Cruzilles who headed the famous candied fruit company.
Departure: 4:30 p.m. – Meet with your ticket in front of the Carmes-Déchaussé chapel, Chaussée Claudius
