Bring your children to the exciting house of puppets!
Your children will be introduced to the fantasy world of modern Slovene children and youth literature and to classic world literature which has been arranged for the puppet stage. The puppet technology we use will impress not only the youngest children but their parents as well.
Each summer we enrich the happenings in the old town core with an International Puppet Festival named The Summer Puppet Pier which has been taking place since 1990.
Offers for schools and kindergarten
Along with discount tickets for schools and kindergartens we give these children the opportunity to take part in workshops where they can make puppets or we show them around the theatre and describe interesting details about puppet life and the theatre.15

- Monday to Friday: 10:00am - 1:00pm
- Tuesday and Thursday: 4:00pm - 6:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am - 11:00am
Puppet Theatre is opened always opened 1 hour before performance.
