La Factoría Cultural Avilés
The Cultural Factory is a new facility built by the city of Aviles to the Municipal Cultural Foundation, and joins existing facilities and programs.
The Cultural Factory, multidisciplinary arts center is located in the building which was the old Camino Apparel shirt factory, built in 1950 for the development of the textile industry.
It was in 2007 when the works of the Cultural Factory began opening its doors in 2010, according to the Municipal Foundation of Culture of the City of Avilés, which gives it the annual operating budget.
