The features of this Art Nouveau monument have been reiterated more than once. It has an elevated light-colored stone base and a circular central podium with steep sides.
The metal railing with massive metal corner columns was meticulously made and it closes the area with a block of black marble in the middle. On that block, there is a pink marble “chair” and a “cloth” in colorfully encrusted mosaic.
On the chair, a bronze statue by Ivan Rendić shows a Vestal Virgin girl, asleep. Rendić's signature details can be seen in the tomb's stone work and bronze ornaments.
