Snowdrop Park (cremated premature or stillborn children)

Location: section B
The Park, officially inaugurated in April 2001, was designed by final year landscape architecture students Tina Demšar and Damjan Černe at the initiative of Doctor Vasilij Cerar, and is intended for the burial or scattering of the ashes of stillborn children and deceased babies. Snowdrop Park is the first and largest location of its type in Slovenia and later served as the model for similar parks in other Slovenian towns.
