All the places at the River Port or "Beton Hala" are very good, including Toro. It's well worth the money to go for the 25 EUR "a bit of everything" menu, but also just fine to cherry pick from the menu. Have been there twice, great both times. Also popular with locals which is a good sign.

I bit high in prices but the taste makes up for it. Tray the crispy calamari. My favorite for this place
