At ARTOUR, we continuously work to improve your experience, which sometimes means making changes to our platform. We’re updating our sign-in methods to ensure a smoother, more secure experience for all users.
Recent Updates (2019)
To keep up with platform changes and security best practices, we’ve made some adjustments:
- Removal of Facebook Sign-In
As of March 2019, we phased out the ability to sign in via Facebook due to inconsistencies within their platform. If you previously signed in with Facebook, we encouraged you to transfer your personal routes and re-register with an alternative method. - Removal of Google Sign-In
By June 2020, we also discontinued Google sign-in due to evolving restrictions on Apple Store apps. Google sign-in could only remain if we integrated Apple sign-in, which we opted not to implement at the time.

As we continue to grow, we’re focusing on simplifying the sign-in process while keeping your data secure. For now, you can sign in using our dedicated ARTOUR accounts, or you can register via email.
